## Choose the right severity

| Severity | When to use it |
| --- | --- |
| P1 Critical | The platform is down or unusable in production, or a security incident affects it. |
| P2 High | A major feature does not work and there is no workaround. |
| P3 Normal | Part of a feature does not work, or a workaround exists. |
| P4 Question | How-to questions, configuration advice, feature requests. |

Critical issues are handled first. Please choose the severity that matches the business impact.

## Help us solve it faster

- Product and version, and whether it is on-premise or hosted.
- What you expected, what happened, and when it started.
- Exact error messages. Reply to our email with screenshots or logs if needed.

Partners raising an issue for a client: include the client's company name in the description.
