# How do I receive and review a quote?

## Online quotes, validity, changes and payment.

Evelcra quotes are sent by email as a link to an online quote.

- **Open the link** in the email to see the products, quantities, any discounts and the annual price in Singapore dollars.
- **Validity:** each quote shows its expiry date. Quotes are normally valid for 30 days.
- **Need changes?** Reply to the email – for example a different number of assets, frameworks or events per second – and we will send an updated quote.
- **Ready to proceed?** Reply to the email or contact your Evelcra or partner contact, and we will send the next steps.

### Buying through a partner

If you buy through an Evelcra partner, your partner sends you the quote and remains your main contact.

### Payment

We invoice in Singapore dollars and payment is by bank transfer. The bank details are on the invoice.
